Frequently asked questions

What are your large party reservation policies?

We handle large party reservation inquires (parties of 7 or more) via phone or email. Please note, you will not be able to make a reservation for a party of this size via Resy. We require a deposit of $25 per person for all parties of 7 & up. The deposit is refundable if you cancel 24 hours or more before the reservation date. If you cancel within 24 hours or do not arrive for your reservation in full (the number of guests you made the reservation for), the deposit will not be refunded. Deposits are applied to the bill as a “large party deposit” credit.

For parties of 6 and more, and for parties of all sizes on certain busy weekends or holidays, we require a credit card on file. In the event of cancelations within 24 hours of the reservation or parties that do not arrive for their reservation in full, we reserve the right to charge the card on file a cancellation fee of $10 per person.

For all parties of 6 and more, we apply a gratuity of 20% to the guest check(s).

We cannot individually split checks but checks can be split up to four ways, evenly.

We are celebrating. What are your policies on cakes, balloons, flowers, etc?

Due to the intimate nature of our dining room, we kindly ask—

No Balloons— There is limited space surrounding each table, and balloons impede on the ability of other guests to fully enjoy their experience. Balloons unexpectedly popping, getting lost in the ceiling, and damaging our decor have resulted in us strictly enforcing this policy.

No Flash Photography — Flash photography impacts the ambiance we strive to achieve and has caused serious dispruption to other guests in close proximity.

No Large Floral Arrangement or Gifts — We have limited seating and table space, and cannot accommodate these items.

Cake Fee— Guests are permitted to bring in cakes and other desserts from commercial bakeries only. We charge a cake cutting / plating fee of $6 per person.

What is your corkage policy?

We allow guests to bring in bottles of wine not on our wine list for $35 per bottle.

Do you have a dress code?

Yes, we have a dress code policy in place as of Friday, April 3rd.

To maintain the refined and welcoming atmosphere of Patron Saint, we kindly require attire that reflects the elevated dining experience we strive to provide to each and every guest. For the comfort and enjoyment of all guests, the following items are prohibited for diners and those guests joining us at the bar only—

  • Clothing with offensive language or imagery

  • Excessively torn or distressed garments

  • Baseball hats and stocking caps

  • Sweatpants and sweatshirts

  • Athletic wear such as gym shorts and athletic tank tops

  • Excessively revealing clothing

Our dress code is intended to uphold the ambiance we work so hard to provide and is applied equally to all guests. We are committed to upholding this standard with all our guests, and we sincerely appreciate your cooperation.

Do you have valet?

Valet parking is available for guests of Patron Saint Monday through Saturday evenings from 5p on.

The Lakeview Valet podium is accessible on Elm Street.
